Who We Are
FloridaOne, Inc. was founded in 1989, as a group of first responders dedicated to serve as one of the first Federal Disaster Medical Assistance Teams.
Today, FloridaOne is a 501(c)3 corporation and a dedicated disaster response team that has expanded to include all facets of emergency management: preparedness, training, and partnership building.

The FloridaOne teams provide comprehensive disaster response, delivering medical care, mental health support, and coordinated emergency management to protect and assist Floridians in crises.
Florida One Disaster Medical Assistance Team
A deployable team of medical professionals trained to provide emergency care during disasters. FL-1 DMAT stands ready to stabilize, treat, and support patients when local healthcare systems are overwhelmed.
Florida One Regional Medical Assistance Team
Composed of licensed clinicians and skilled volunteers, FloridaOne RMAT supports public health needs at the regional level — from staffing emergency shelters to aiding in local disaster response and recovery operations.
Florida One Emerald Coast Crisis Stress Team
Specially trained to offer psychological first aid and emotional support, FloridaOne ECCST helps first responders and disaster survivors manage stress, trauma, and grief in high-pressure situations.
Florida One Incident Management Team
This team provides expert command, control, and coordination during complex incidents. From planning and logistics to resource tracking and mission execution, FloridaOne IMT keeps operations running smoothly and safely.

Promoting public health resilience, providing disease control, hygiene education, and mental health support to prevent crises and aid recovery.

Disaster Coordination
Ensuring seamless disaster coordination, integrating with agencies, utilizing ICS-trained teams, and leveraging real-time communication for effective response.
